In the vibrant kitchen of Cravings Market Restaurant, Sous Chef Jen sought culinary inspiration. She stumbled upon a delicious idea while experimenting with different ingredients. She combined smoked duck, brie, blueberry gastric, citrus arugula, and dried blueberries on a canvas of velvety white sauce to create the "Quack & Berry" pizza.
