Japanese Curry
We use a lot of international ingredients at Letty, often inspired by our fellow Calgarians expertly crafted dishes. This pizza was inspired by our friends at Shiki Menya and their Japanese style sandwiches at the First Avenue Corner Store in Bridgeland. Chef Daniel Ramon is an expert at re-imagining dishes into Pizza form.
