Cast Iron Blue Yak Pizza
Involvement with Calgary's own Brewery & the Beast event where our Indigenous Chefs show cased and entered a Yak protein. Another experience was visiting the Chicago food show, has inspired a spinoff of the Chicago Deep dish Pizza. These two events have influenced the creation of our own Cast Iron Blue Yak Pizza
Blue corn pizza dough layered with white sauce, caramelized onions, Yak sausage, brie cheese and topped with Julienne pear. Baked in a cast iron pan.
