The Howard
The Howard is a pizza built around good food and a great story. Named after Chef Mark Howard, a member of our team, the pizza started with his idea and came to life in our kitchen. It begins with a roasted red pepper and tomato sauce, then gets loaded with mushrooms, oven-roasted chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, and a blend of mozzarella, cheddar, and feta. Fresh chives finish it off, along with a jalapeño honey drizzle for the perfect balance of savoury, sweet, and a little heat. It’s hearty, a little unexpected, and very much a team creation — which is exactly why we thought it deserved Mark’s name.
