Duck Confit Pizza
This pizza is inspired by an Alforno classic – the Duck Confit Panini, a guest favourite when we first opened in 2016. In celebration of our 10-year anniversary this fall, we’re bringing back the beloved sandwich for a limited time and thought it was the perfect inspiration for our YYC Pizza Fest feature. It’s a trip down memory lane and a celebration of 10 years as part of the Calgary community. We can’t wait to share it with YYC Pizza Fest attendees, all in support of Calgary Meals on Wheels. Please note, this pizza is available exclusively at our Eau Claire location.
