Introducing, Pizza Bob’s YYC Pizza Fest 2023 submission, The Bolognese! Our mouthwatering Bolognese sauce is slowly and lovingly cooked for hours, using the finest ingredients. Vine-ripened tomatoes, tantalizing aromatics, ground beef and pork marry together perfectly to create a magical concoction. This sauce is generously dolloped on our famous, signature, crunchy thin crust, along with garlic butter and mozzarella. Once baked to perfection, we finish it off with parmesan and fresh herbs. This pizza represents Chef Leni’s love of classic comfort food, and flavours that make you feel like you’re wrapped in a warm hug. Though the concept may be simple, the taste is rich, deep, and full of complexity that can only be achieved through hours of cooking and lots of love.
