The Saigon Chicken

Available in our standard 11" Artisan Thin Crust, or our Presto-Thick Crust, or Mega-Size (Large 14') Also an 11.5 Gluten Free crust is available.

We have a Spicy Hoisen sauce as our base evenly coating the crust before we add our grated mozzarella and then top with freshly sliced Jalapeno with chopped chicken breast and fire it in our Stone Fire oven and cook it over the fire. The way pizza was intended!

Then once cooked to perfection we cut it and then plate it and top it with a generous helping of fresh crisp chilled bean sprouts, fresh minced white onion and cilantro and then finally finished with fresh basil leaves all over.

Flavor profiles work so well together, and if you like Banh Mi Vietnamese Subs, or Satay's , or just want to try something new, you will love this pizza!

So with all the ingredients, the contrast with the hot ingredients and the cold ingredients added on afterwards, the spice, and the cooling effect of the bean sprouts you really get a sense of a balance and a light crispy Artisan Thin Crust perfectly accents this dish. However, the crust is available as a Presto Thick Crust, or even a Gluten-Friendly Crust. The regular size is 11" but we can do a Mega 14" size (a bit thicker than the Artisan Thin Crust). Pair it with one of our amazing Craft Beers supplied by 88 Brewing, and you wont regret it!

Sriracha Hoisen Sauce (spicy Hoisen Sauce) topped with grated mozzarella, Fresh Jalapeno, chopped chicken breast,  and dressed with (after cooking) chilled bean sprouts, and also minced white onion and chopped cilantro, finished with fresh basil leaves.

Can be made Gluten Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian.
